Payment

The 16th Bar accepts the following methods of payment:
Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover using Paypal gateway.

For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. We at The 16th Bar reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this criteria or the other security criteria which we use.

State and local sales tax may be added to merchandise delivered to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, MN, NC, NV, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, Washington D.C. and any other US states that may have enacted laws imposing sales tax on internet sales.

Some states also assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Your sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout.


Shipping

Shipping is free of charge within the US.

When your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you have a registered account with The 16th Bar, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in and click the ‘Recent Orders’ tab.

Order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.

Please allow 7-14 days to receive your petite tailored garment.


Returns

Please ensure the Return Conditions specified below are met and your goods are returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
1. Place the item in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Returns Form and include in the box.
3. Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the box.
4. Note the tracking number on your Returns Label.
5. Drop your package in the US mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping at a local post office or mail drop point.

  • Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all product tags attached and any related accessories included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we at The 16th Bar reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment and/or Paypal account.
  • On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US Bank holidays.
  • Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
  • All returns will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
One free exchange is allowed per item being exchanged for a different size only. Any items being exchanged for a different item will be charged a $35 restocking fee plus shipping. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange using the free return service ensuring the return conditions are met. Please Contact Us with your order confirmation number, the item number you are returning, and the new item number you would like with your size, along with the reason for the exchange.
GIFT RETURNS
Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Use the free return service and ensure the return conditions are met. Returned items will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
